Bio

Josh combines 20+ years of training experience, both as a professional rugby player and the past 7 years as an S&C coach/PT, with a deep understanding of biomechanics and strength conditioning. He’s learnt how to adapt training to get the best possible results and get the most out of each individual session.

From coaching track athletes’ multiple times per week to coaching general population daily, the pleasure of clients ticking off goals is the main motivation he has is in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. While remaining dedicated to learning, He does his best to ensure that my clients receive the best care tailored to their needs.
